Sign-Up Information Within one day prior to the class, an email will be sent to the address provided during registration with instructions and a link to join the class. Employees may share a computer or device as long as both individuals are visible on the screen at all times. The device must have working audio and camera capability, as well as access to power and Wi-Fi. No camera, no credit. Logging off or losing visibility results in no credit for attendance. All classes are recorded.

This class serves two important purposes: CORE Recertification Credits – This course provides CORE pesticide recertification credits for certified applicators in the states listed for the course. NJ CORE Basic Training Certificate – This course also satisfies the New Jersey CORE Basic Pesticide Training requirement for individuals seeking to become licensed pesticide operators or certified applicators. Successful completion of this training qualifies participants to receive the NJ CORE Basic Training Certificate, which is required before taking the New Jersey Pesticide CORE Examination. Attendance Requirements To receive a NJ CORE Basic Training Certificate or recertification credits, you must: Arrive on time. Participants who arrive late are not eligible to receive a certificate or recertification credits. Remain present for the entire class, except during scheduled breaks. Be visible on camera throughout the class as required by state regulations. Technology Requirements To participate in this virtual class, you must use a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet equipped with a working camera and microphone. Cell phones may not be used as your primary device for the presentation. If necessary, you may use a cell phone for audio only or as a secondary device if your primary device has audio problems. However, your video must remain on and visible from your desktop computer, laptop, or tablet throughout the class. Additional Requirements You must remain visible on screen during the class except during scheduled breaks. Please follow the scheduled break times. Extended absences or leaving the screen outside of scheduled breaks may result in the loss of your certificate or recertification credits. A government-issued photo ID must be emailed no later than the day before the scheduled class for identity verification. Credit and Certificate Requirements Certificates and recertification credits are awarded only after verification of all of the following: Attendance for the required class time. On-time arrival. Submission of all required registration information and photo identification. Continuous screen presence as required by state regulations. Participation when requested by the instructor.
