101 BT VT — Basic Training / Topics VIRTUAL ON LINE

This is Basic Training or Topics class for 1) Operators or Applicators. 2) Those needing to take the CORE exam to become a certified applicator. 3) If you require CORE CEU's. The class is the first required course in NJ for Pesticide Training. Operators/ Applicators need to take this class. It is slightly over 4 hours of training, and it is done via Computer online live. Basics of pesticide training in NJ including laws, testing, safety, storage, disposal, records, NJ Categories, PPE, State and National Rules and Regulations are covered. This class also gives 8 Credits for those with an active applicators license. Please email info@midatlanticpesticide.com.) if you have questions. NJ requires a photo ID and all cameras to be on for the entire Webinar and we must record the log in and the entire class presentation. One must have the proper working equipment to participate. 103B BTVT 1 — IPM METHODS FOR TURF & TURF DISEASES VIRTUAL ON LINE In Lieu of OTJ

This is the first of two classes that replaces the NJ On the Job requirement for Turf category 3B. The cost covers both days. We will examine disease control options including standard control products and IPM options and ID of the many diseases attack the health of turf. This course is taught online, live and interactive, in a virtual classroom using Zoom. Students can see the instructor, each other, hear each other, use chat, use screen drawing. The instructor can control the audio of each participant and the video as well as whether they can draw on the screen. NJ requires a photo ID and all cameras to be on for the entire Webinar and we must record the log in and the entire class presentation. One must have the proper working equipment to participate. Latecomers will not be awarded credit and are not eligible for a refund. Your Log in ID will be sent the day prior to the class date.

This is part Two of a two-part class is for Ornamental Training. Category 3A, in lieu of the 40 hour on the job training NJ DEP Requirement. DO NOT USE THIS CLASS REGISTRATION FOR CREDITS. It is the second part for those who are taking Ornamental training in lieu of 40 hours on the job training. The class is done in one 7-hour time day. A certificate in 3A training is supplied at the completion of the course which is required to apply for the category 3A exam.
